I suffered from chronic sinus infections. In my heart I new it was the smoking, but I was terrified to quit. I decided to quit and I feel so much better.
The best part about not smoking is my husband telling me he loves the was I smell. I love the way I smell too.
I have been smoke free for 6 weeks. I still have the occasional craving. I still have mood swings and flip out on my family. If any one has any ideas how to help my family understand what I am going through, I would appreciate it.
